On Monday afternoon, my wonderful husband came home with 2 dozen gorgeous pink roses. He knows how much I love flowers, but we both hate to pay the marked up price around the holidays for things, especially the price of flowers at Valentines Day. So, as a surprise, Mike brought me flowers a week early. Every time Zane walks in the room he says "Oooooo" and points at the pretty flowers. I am so blessed to have such a fabulous husband.
After the storms on Monday, the scenery was so pretty that we all decided to take a drive out to Saguaro Lake to see the Superstitions covered with snow. The lake was very peaceful and we were the only people there. Jim, Mike and Stephanie were wishing that they had pulled the boat up since the water was glass. Karma, Zane and I thought it was too cold, but enjoyed the drive. In honor of Ben in the Philippines, we took pictures of one of our favorite places.
On the way home, the sunset was amazing. There were so many cool cloud formations everywhere. It made me remember how blessed I am to live in Arizona and be able to enjoy all of Heavenly Father's creations.
This morning, Zane was wanting his pacifier after breakfast. I couldn't find the one he had so I gave him a new one. Come to find out, he had the other one and decided that he needed to put both pacifiers in his mouth. I am so blessed to have such a fun little boy. He always makes me laugh and keeps things interesting.
