We sure can't. It seems like just yesterday we were bringing Zane home from the hospital. That may be since we have been thinking about that a lot lately, getting ready for the new baby. He has grown up so much and is such a boy.
On Monday, we celebrated his birthday with a great party. Zane was a little fussy before everyone started coming, but quickly cheered up when he saw all of his grandparents there. We had a yummy dinner of Navajo Tacos and fruit. Then Zane had a blast opening his presents and started to figure out that it was his day. By the time we got to the Elmo cake, he was way into everything ans was thoroughly enjoying all of the attention. I have to say a HUGE thank you to Christi and Lindsey for throwing the party for me. We were able to have the party at Aunt Christi and Uncle Jason's house. Lindsey and Christi did most of the food and made the cakes. Zane loved the Elmo cake and I know if it weren't for them, I really would have gone into labor on Zane's birthday. The next post is just pictures from his big day.

We can't believe how much Zane has changed since he was born. One of Julie's friends came over and saw a bunch of pictures in a collage of Zane. She thought I had two kids because his pictures look so different.

On Tuesday, we went to the doctor for Zane's 2 year check up. He was so good for the doctor, and we were lucky and he didn't have to get any shots. We got all of his new stats. He weighs 25 1/2 pounds, which is in the 10-25%. His head was also in the 10-25% but his height was in the 75-90% at 36 inches. We were so excited to hear that his ears were still clear of fluid, which we have fought for so long. His speech has really picked up since his ears have been clear. He is talking so much more and is so much more fun. We love Zane and love to watch him grow and change everyday!
