On the 28th, Zane decided to be a superhero, and that he needed a cape. Okay, so he doesn't even know what a superhero is, but he did like the cape. He wore it around until I made him get dressed.
Mike bought a motorcycle this week. he has been researching it out for a long time and we decided that it was the most practical thing for us to do right now. It will make his commute to work easier and a little faster, plus he won't have to leave quite as early. Also, it is great on gas mileage. Our white Oldsmobile is old and does not have very good air conditioning and it isn't as safe or reliable as our Toyota. Now, the boys and I will have the Toyota to drive around in. Mike is very excited about his Father's Day present. He just bought a new helmet and jacket and is working on the rest of the safety gear and classes that he agreed upon for him to get a motorcycle. Zane is afraid of the bike still. He doesn't like the noise or Mike in his helmet. However, today he took a big step and sat on the back with Mike. I am still getting used to the idea, but i suppose it is growing on me.
Mike's brother, Gabe, got a motor to put on his bike. The boys had a great time trying it out this weekend. Mike says that if he worked closer to home that he would just do the same.
