My 26th Birthday!

I want to send a big THANK YOU out to my wonderful husband and family for making my birthday so special. Michael worked so hard at making me feel great and relaxed on my birthday. On Friday the 18th, we finally went to eat at Rosa's. It was so yummy. (By the way, Rosa's was just ranked the #1 Mexican Restaurant in the valley by AOL. Way to go Rosa's!) Then we went out to Chandler mall. We just walked around and got to sit in the massage chairs at Brookstone for like 15 minutes. It was really relaxing. After the mall we got Coldstone, my favorite. My parents kept both boys and they had so much fun. Then on Saturday, Mom, Christi, Julie, Bethany and I went to get pedicures. It was really fun. Mike and Karma kept Nate and Zane so I could get away for a while.

On Saturday night, my parents made dinner for me. It was my absolute favorite, Mexican French Toast. Michael baked me a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate whipped cream frosting. We hung out over at my parents and had a blast. Zane thought Mommy's birthday was pretty cool. He got to help blow out the candles (13 were trick candles so we got to blow a lot) and open the presents. Thanks for your help Zane! Sunday night we had cake with my in-laws. It was so fun to see Jen, Cody, Chaney, Cory and all the kids. I have the best family and I am so grateful for them!

Happy Birthday! (Or belated). I enjoyed reading up on baby Nate and how you have been adjusting. Funny thing-Hallie started climbing out of her crib right after we brought Abby home too! Only we weren't smart enough to get a tent---we got a new bed! (Good thinking though, a new bed takes about 6 mos. to adjust :)!) Good luck with everything, it's quite the journey!
