Happy 50th Birthday Mom!

August 3rd was my mom's 50th birthday. We blessed Nathan on her birthday and so had a party just for her on the 1st. We had delicious Mexican food and yummy fruit salad. All of our family was there and all the grandkids helped her blow out her candle. (She only had a "1" candle so that is what we used. We told her that if she was going to start lying about her age, she should start with a more realistic number than 1 year old:)).

On Sunday, sang to her again and had her blow out more candles. Zane thought he would help her.

I am so lucky to have the best mom in the world. She is always there for any of us that need her. She welcomes anyone and everyone into her home and as a part of her family. Two of my cousins have been adopted like daughters and she takes care of them too. Her greatest joy in life is her family and especially her grandkids. She is the greatest Grandma. She always has treats at her house and is always ready to read a book, play a game or do an activity. She is Grandma Ann to everyone.

Happy birthday Mom! We hope you have another great 50 years!
