Halloween 2009

It was hard not to be in Mesa with all of our family for Halloween.  We  have always gone to my parents house for dinner and then Trick or Treating int eh neighborhood I grew up in.  We weren't sure what we were going to do this year, but knew we wouldn't be Trick or Treating in our apartment complex.  We were lucky enough to be invited out to the Leavitts to celebrate with them.  We had Navajo Tacos for dinner and then took the boys around the neighborhood with the Chantel, Dallin and Darren.  We had such a great time!  Part of the fun was seeing the Leavitts enjoy it so much.  They are from Canada so are used to cold weather for Halloween.  It was a blast to hear all about their experiences from previous years.  Having never experienced snow for Halloween, we still have a hard time fathoming having costumes that are warm enough, in fact last year our boys costumes were too warm.  Thanks Laura and Darren for a great evening!
