This morning Zane woke up very happy, thankfully, but must have known that something was missing. Soon I saw him digging through the diaper bag and throwing things out of it behind him. Then he found what he was looking for, his sunglasses. He brought them over to me so I could put them on him. He ran around the house and allover outside, once he got dressed, with his glasses on.
Check out Zane's new trick. For some reason, Zane has decided that he has to do this with his pacifier all the time. I don't know where he gets it from, but he sure seems to enjoy it.
When it came time to get dressed, we had to pick a shirt that would not go over his head, so he could keep his glasses on. As soon as Zane gets dressed, he thinks that it is time to go see Grandma and Papa. Today, Charlie and Brian Gifford, who are visiting from New York, were over. Zane has taken a quick liking to Charlie and drags him all over the backyard. Thank you to Charlie for indulging Zane and taking him to the trampoline as many times as Zane wanted. We love cousins and are so glad that the Giffords got to finally meet Zane in person.
