Babies Galore

This past week seems to be the week of babies. Ayla came over to play at the end of last week. On Wednesday the 12th, my cousin Randa gave birth to her first baby. She had a little boy, Teagan Michael. He weighed in at 7 pounds 10 ounces. I haven't been to see him in person yet, but his picture is adorable.

On Sunday, the 16th, my sister-in-law Jen gave birth to her third baby, another boy. They named him Rigden Brody. He weighed in at 6 pounds 9 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long. Mike and I went out tot he hospital on Monday to see Rigg. He is so cute and seems so small compared to Zane and Hazen. I only got one picture at the hospital, but I know we will get many more in the weeks to come.
Also, on Monday Gavin came over so we could babysit him. Mike's uncle and cousin were here and so we all went to the zoo. Gavin went with us and I am sure that I looked really funny carrying him in the front pack over my preggo belly. I wish that I would have gotten a picture. Chaney, Ruby, Ashlyn, Hazen, Stephanie, Uncle Kurt, Jason, Karma, Jim and Zane went with us. It was a lot of fun, and quite the adventure. Chaney and Karma took lots of pictures, so I will have to get some from them. We had a lot of fun babysitting Gavin and hope we can so it again sometime soon.

Finally, tonight Ruby came over so we could babysit her. She had fun playing with Zane. Mike and I got to see what it will be like to get two kids ready for bed. Zane and Ruby got to take a bath and then Zane went off to bed. I sat down on the couch with Ruby and she was playing with some toys. The next thing I know, she is laying on the pillow next to her, sound asleep. It was so cute and it made her really easy to babysit. Zane loves Ruby and we love having her over.

Randall came over to play video games with Mike on Sunday the 9th. Zane thought that the was just as big as they are and wanted to play too. Randall was nice enough to give Zane a controller to play with and he really thought he was a part of the game. I know the picture isn't the greatest, but it was the only way to get all three in. Zane found a ball to sit on so he was just like Daddy.
The other night I went in to get Zane for bed and found that he had already tucked himself into bed with Daddy. He was not happy that Mommy would not let him sleep where she sleeps. I thought it was so funny that he would tuck himself in without any coaxing by us.
