Well, Nate wouldn't be a true boy, especially not a Despain boy, if he didn't have cuts and scratches and bruises and scars on his face. On August 10th, he decided to add to his already sore eye by diving off the back of the loveseat and hitting his eye on the track for the sliding door. He was pretty tough though. He only cried for a minute or two. It is nothing a bottle won't fix.
