The evening of May 13th seemed to be like any other evening. After dinner, I put Zane and Nate in the bathtub. I usually get Nate out first and Zane follows me into the living room to get diapers and jammies put on. I put Nate's diaper and jammies on first and then Zane's. Part of the nigtly routine is Desitin. Nate was dressed and I put him on the floor. Zane was laying on the couch and apparently the Desitin was behind me on the ottoman with the lid off. When I turned to get the Desitin, this is what I found.
I grabbed his hand and then had Zane grab the camera because this was too funny to not document. While I held his hand I tried to take pictures and video so that Mike could see what happened while he was at work. Nate was literally eating the Desitin. I was so grossed out. That stuff smells awful and tastes yucky if you still have a film on your hand and then lick your finger. I don't know how he didn't just throw up.After the pictures, we went over to show Grandma and to get some help with the clean up. Now, Zane always asks to "see Nate and the Desitin" on the camera. He thinks it is so funny. Silly boy!
