Halloween Costumes 2010

I asked Zane what he wanted to be for Halloween.  I gave him a few choices including Lightning McQueen, Shrek and Bob the Builder.  Imagine my surprise and relief when he asked to be Bob.  That was the easiest costume.  We found the shirt at Wal Mart and the overalls we found at DI.  Zane loved that he had some boots from Jayden that were just like Bob's.  He already had the hard hat and tools and Grandma Ann had the Home Depot tool belt.  I wish his costumes would always stay this cheap and easy!

 

Pa likes to call Nathan Charlie Brown because of his big bald round head.  When I was trying to decide what he should be, Bethany sent me a link to a Charlie Brown shirt and I was sold.  I couldn't find a cheap shirt in Nate's size, so I decided to make one.  It was surprisingly easy and I am pretty pleased with how it turned out.  A pair of pants and shoes from his closet completed the costume.
