Zing, Zang, Zoom

When I was a kid, my Grandpa Brinton would always take us to the circus. I always loved going and seeing all the fun acts and of course the clowns. We heard that Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus was in town with their "ZING, ZANG, ZOOM" circus. I had found a place online to register for a free ticket to the circus. I was wanting to use this ticket. Then Randall told my mom that he had never been to the circus, so we all decided to go. We met down at the Light Rail Station and rode into downtown Phoenix. It was Zane, Nate and Ayla's first time riding the light rail. Zane was excited to ride "the train." Because there was a Diamondbacks game at the same time, the light rail was very crowded, but we had a good time.
We got to our seats in enough time to get settled before it started. All the kids were tired, but overall did a pretty good job sitting through the circus. Zane loved the motorcycle and the lions and elephants. We all loved the girls that got shot out of the cannons. Nate finally fell asleep near the end. I think we all had a good experience. Randall seemed to like it and Grandma Ann was thrilled to get to carry on the tradition her dad had started.
Grandma Ann bought a program and that night, Zane and Ayla sat and looked through the program and yelled, "Zing, Zang, Zoom" at the pictures and jabbered on about the circus. We realized it was a hit and something we would like to go back to next year. Thanks Grandma Ann!
