Lawryn's Wedding

On June 20th, Zane, Mommy, Nate, Grandma Ann, Pa and Randall piled into our minivan for a day trip to Snowflake. My cousin Lawryn was getting married and Pa was kind enough to drive us all there and back so we could sleep in our own beds. The boys did great on the trip and we were grateful for the dual DVD player. Lawryn made a beautiful bride and my aunt Amy did a fabulous job on the pictures. You can visit her photography blog here and see Lawryn's pictures here. The only pictures I took were as a joke with my cousins. We were laughing when my uncle, Jeff, got to be the sun screen. This is for you, Josh and Marti.
The wedding was on a beautiful lawn surrounded by pastures. Grandma Ann took Zane and Ayla to see the horses in one of the pastures before the reception. During the reception, I was looking for Zane and this is what I saw.
Zane had a little girl from the reception by the hand and was leading her over to go look at the horses. The climbed up on the fence calle dhte horses over and were petting them all by themselves. This was a big deal for Zane since usually is is afraid of the animals. It was so cute. I don't know the name of Zane's first little girlfriend, but he is starting young. Jess, what was her name? We got home just about the same time that Mike got off work and were able to celebrate Father's Day the next day with Daddy. It was nice to get away, even if just for the day. Congrats Lawryn and Tyler.
